Do you represent clients only in California?No. Since immigration law is federal law, we are licensed to practice in all 50 states across the United States, and we currently represent clients in over 15 states.

Do you accept payment plans or credit cards payments?
We accept payment plans depending on the type of the case, and we accept all major credit cards without charging any fees or commissions.

Do you have a flat fee for services you provide?We charge flat fees for some services, while others depend on the circumstances surrounding the case since each case is unique. Our fee agreement is straightforward and clear and details all charges and services.

What happens after the consultation?We will review your paperwork, evaluate your case and give you straight and honest professional opinion if you have a good chance of having your case approved or granted without wasting neither your nor our time.

What do I need to bring with me for my consultation?At the time of your in person consultation you should have with you your entire immigration file and paperwork, or you can email it to info@kostanyanlaw.com prior to your online consultation so we can have review it and give you a proper legal advice.
